Where dreams come true

We see goals and dreams come true all the time at Adamo! Some take a lot of time and practice like being able to do splits or catch a big cool toss. Others involve overcoming fears or performing a personal best performance. 

Today, Bailey achieved her dream of being able to spiral a ribbon on the floor into a perfect roll. It may not be he fanciest trick, but if you’ve ever tried this before you know that even the most accomplished gymnast can’t pull it off every time!  


Team Sask is working hard!

Seven of our Adamo athletes are on Team Saskatchewan Gymnaestrada preparing to attend World Gymnaestrada this July in Helsinki, Finland! Yesterday was another long day of training up in Warman as our team of 67 athletes puts the finishing touches on our 15 minute routine.
For those travelling up to Northern Gala on March 28 (Joy, Dream and Inspire teams!) you’ll get a little preview as the team will perform the first 10 minutes of their routine. You’ll have to wait until Challenge Cup in May to see the whole routine! Continue reading

At Rhythm Cat training we celebrate with cupcakes whenever someone’s birthday falls on a training day. Today TWO of our friends celebrated their birthdays! Happy Birthday to Anna and Linzy! And Kendra’s birthday is tomorrow!

Excite has been busy working on learning new skills! Everyone is excited to be in their first year of Rhymic Gymnastics, and are doing a fabulous job of learning the sport! Excite will be working on their new ball routine called “Carnival de Paris” for the next few weeks, which will be unveiled at the girl’s next performance. We look forward to seeing your routine, girls!
